At Honos Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

At Honos Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund to your original form of payment.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unopened or gently used.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging.

  • We will process refunds after receiving the returned items.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Products marked as Final Sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Opened beauty, skincare, or wellness items (unless faulty).

  • Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases.


3. How to Start a Return

  • To begin, please email us at honosbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of delivery with your order number and photos.

  • Depending on the issue, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval.

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except where required by law).

    • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please reach out to us at honosbeauty@gmail.com


6. European Union Customers

For customers in the EU: You have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements above.
