All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days within United States, and 7 + days for international orders.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order Tracking & Confirmation

Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect information.
Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Honos Beauty are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
